Transfer of a Postforming line from Germany to Russia
eastconsult won a contract for the transfer of a Postforming line from Worms in Germany to Moscow. The company Form & Style will start up a new production for kitchen worktops in Lossino-Petrovsky near Moscow. eastconsult´s specialists will provide the following services:
- Purchase of production equipment in Germany
- Preparing contracts for services and machinery
- Preparing documentation for the import into Russia
- Registration of the new legal entity in Russia
- Stage P project for the new production plant
- Design project for the production plant
- Tendering for demontage, transport, import and erection of the plant
- Design of technical modifications to the production equipment
- Tendering of purchase for additional equipment (heating systems, etc.)
- Organization and supervision of the dismantling works in Germany
- Project management for permitting, installation and startup of the plant
- Accounting services for the new legal entity
- General technical and legal consulting
Our task is to perform the works in the minimum possible time as the client would like to start up his production in an old production building already in August 2010 which is an extremely short period.
